Hurkacz halts Berrettini, reaches Cagliari Challenger SFs

Seeking to find his best form again after undergoing arthroscopic right knee surgery last July, the Pole arrived in Cagliari with an 8-10 season record across all levels. The 29-year-old's match against Berrettini marked a rematch of their 2021 Wimbledon semi-final meeting.

All four quarter-final matches in Cagliari went three sets, including Burruchaga's escape from American Marcos Giron   6-3, 2-6, 7-6(1).
